How long does delivery take?
The delivery time consists of two factors:

Delivery time:
The duration from our international shipping center to the delivery location. Once the package has been picked up from the warehouse, it takes approximately:
- Australia: 4-7 days
- Canada: 4-7 days
- New Zealand: 4-7 days
- United Kingdom: 4-7 days
- United States: 4-7 days
All delivery times exclude delays caused by customs or import duties. During busy periods like Christmas, Black Friday, or Valentine’s Day, delays may occur.
What are the shipping costs?
We currently offer standard worldwide shipping free of charge to our customers. Optionally, we also offer insured premium shipping (protection against theft, loss, or damage to the package) for a fee of $4.99.
Premium shipping also takes 4-7 days in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom, or United States, with a processing time of 1-2 days.
Where is my package?
Once the package has been packed, it will be handed over to the shipping company, and you will receive an email with a tracking number.

If you ordered more than one product, it might be shipped in multiple partial shipments for logistical reasons.
